No, we do not charge extra for weekend or evening moves. Our rates remain the same regardless of the day or time you need our services.

Do you provide packing supplies?

We provide all packing supplies except boxes. This includes wrapping materials, padding, furniture blankets, strapping, and securing supplies. You only need to provide the boxes for your belongings.

How are long-distance moves priced?

Long-distance moves to Toronto, Kingston, and Quebec are priced with flat rates rather than hourly rates. This provides you with predictable costs and no surprises. Contact us for a personalized quote for your long-distance move.

What's the minimum booking time?

Our minimum booking is 3 hours, which includes 2 hours of work time and 1 hour of travel time. This ensures we can provide quality service and accounts for travel to and from your locations.

Do you move pianos or safes?

We can handle most pianos and safes with proper equipment and additional movers when necessary. Due to the specialized nature of these items, please mention them when requesting your quote so we can ensure we bring the right equipment and personnel.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfer. Payment is typically due upon completion of your move, though we can discuss payment arrangements for larger commercial moves.

Can you move during bad weather?

We move in most weather conditions and take extra precautions to protect your belongings. In extreme weather situations (severe ice storms, blizzards), we may need to reschedule for safety reasons and will contact you as early as possible.
