1. Service Agreements

All services must be confirmed with our team. Quotes are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if the scope changes.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate moving details

  • Ensure items are properly packed unless packing services are requested

  • Ensure access to entrances, parking, and elevators

  • Be present or represented on moving day

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Fees may apply in certain situations.

4. Liability & Damages

We handle belongings with care, but:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packing by the customer

  • Pre-existing damage, structural issues, and unsafe conditions are not covered

  • Some fragile or high-value items may require special handling or may be refused

Damage claims must be reported on the same day of the move.

5. Payments

Payment terms are confirmed during booking. All fees must be settled upon completion of the move unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the website

  • Copy or distribute website content without permission

7. Pricing

Quotes are estimates unless otherwise stated. Final charges may change based on:
